If you’ve ever met me, you know that I love food. If you’ve met me a few times, you know that one of my passions is to start a food truck business on the island of Maui. I have been exploring late night eateries, shrimp trucks, taco trucks, vertical volcano hotdogs, shaved ice and every other creative street food concoction you can find.
